| This template was designed as a time-saving device, for the Sales Manager or Internet Manager. | |
| The overall intention is to help track the source of prospect leads provided by either media advertising | |
| campaigns or Internet lead providers. Determining, the production of each media and the results | |
| of that media, giving you the ROI (Return on Investment). | |
| It will simplify the use of statistical data & formulas, to the point that one will be able to manage and | |
| determine what media or providers is producing physical ups & deliveries. It will accurately assist | |
| in determining the cost of the leads and if the leads are being handled appropriately. | |
| HOW IT WORKS, Simply on the following Worksheets: | |
| Maintenance Worksheet, enter the Names of Salesperson to be assigned to the leads. | |
| Recap Worksheet, enter a description of the media or the name of the provider. | |
| ProspectLog Worksheet, begin tracking Prospect information. Tracking several factors as you | |
| progress through the sales process, see worksheet for details. | |
| Enter data only into "YELLOW" cells or use Dropdowns to select data. | |
| Worksheets are protected: Without passwords | |
| The ProspectLog Worksheet is designed to handle 90 prospects per month, if you believe you have | |
| a potential for more leads, considers using worksheet as a weekly summary tool or assign one | |
| workbook to a specific campaign or provider. | |
| Please note; This workbook does contain a Macro, which will recalculate the data on your | |
| ProspectLog worksheet. Providing you with near real-time reporting on your ReCap worksheet. | |
| The recalculation in done everytime you Click/Switch to the ReCap worksheet. | |
| For this macro to properly function, you must enable the Macro. | |

| What is a Macro?: A Macro is a small program that contains instruction that Excel will perform. | |
| Macro's are designed to perform operations within a single procedure that perform specific tasks, | |
| such as determining if a value within a specific cell meet a specific criteria. Then if so, what to do | |
| with that value or what Excel operation to perform. | |
| What the Macro within this workbook does is looks at each prospect, determines what lead provider | |
| generated the prospect, then adds prospect results to the providers totals. | |
