The overall intention of this is workbook is to help manage the profitability of the Used Vehicle Inventory. These templates are designed to micro-manage your inventory beyond the capabilities of most DMS.
At first it may appear to be a little overdone, yet experience has proven that a financial statement will provide only generalized values. These templates will go several steps beyond that.
It will simplify the process of determining what vehicle sources are generating profit or losses. What vehicle make or years are your most profitable. Are you generating a real return on assets and at what point does your inventory take a negative turn.
